From first look, The King’s Speech might seem like a low key movie that is a pleasant watch but surely not mainstream. It has however become a huge hit and won many awards! The upcoming King of England has a p-p-p problem. Nothing big but not small either – he stammers! Imagine those heroic moments when the king gives hope to soldiers going for war asks people to get through hard times or motivates the youth to carry the country ahead. What would happen if the king happened to stammer every time he had to give these momentous talks?

Now we have the setting of ‘The Kings Speech’. Since stammering doesn’t really have a cure we watch some real innovation by an unorthodox speech expert who actually succeeds in getting the King ready to speak!
Innovation is always a challenge for companies whether big or small. This is in fact where startups might take the cake because of their smaller teams and quicker processing time. It becomes possible for them to not only innovate but also implement and refine it. In India Jugaad is a well known form of innovation for startups and small companies. Sometimes this is necessary to keep the company running in tough times where investments and good human resource are often elusive.
How is innovation fostered in your company?
